Salut ! 
ça va ? So moved from new Zealand back to scotland and now I am settling in , in Paris but now that I am an au pair most of my meals are set by the family I work for anyone else an au pair ? How do you manage it ? Where do I start ? Been a long time since I tracked what I ate ! Not gained anything but have only lost 14 pounds in a year
