Clothing NSV! :-)

So I've been putting this off but figured since my jeans have been falling off of me, I could try on capris that I have NEVER been able to fit into, button/zip up, and be comfortable. I could literally SQUEEZE into them but couldn't hardly move, much less sit LOL. They are a full size smaller than what I'm wearing at the moment.

Anywayyyyyy....I tried them on this morning and not only can fit into them, but they are even a little loose! I can sit in them and be COMPLETELY comfortable. I can't tell you how unbelievably HAPPY I am right now! :bigsmile:

Congratulations!!! I had the same thing happen to me yesterday. I had a pair of shorts that I bought last year and have never been able to wear them. I don't think I could even button them. I was able to wear them and move comfortably in them. I was so excited! I even pulled out some workout clothes I bought on clearence last year hoping I would be able to wear them someday. Well someday came and I now have more clothes to work out in. It is very motivating. Keep up the good work! I am proud of both of us!!!:happy:

That's wonderful! Last year I had nothing to wear because I'd gained and nothing looked or felt good on me. This year, since MFP, I have nothing to wear because everything falls off or looks too baggy. I like this "nothing to wear" better than the other one, for sure. I've been putting off clothes shopping until I lose 15-20 more lbs but may have to give in sooner.

A friend gave me a bag of clothes because she is down 40 pounds (GO BETH!) they were 8's and 10's I never wore that size even in HS, the 10's fit perfect and the 8's are wearable! Lovin' it!

That is awesome! I put on a pair of dress pants today that I haven't been able to wear in 2 years..and they are loose :-). I'm glad I kept some of my "thinner" clothes, now I have more choices in my wardrobe again, although some of my newer things are now getting big, thank goodnes the flowy top, skinny jeans look is in!
