Here's a list of calories burned from specific exercises/daily routines I refer to often. It's pretty in depth and I thought it would help many of you out...

    here's a good calculator two, i compared a whole bunch to what mfp puts me at for a given excersize and these seem to be a little bit higher so i will go by the lower mfp value, but this is a pretty good estimate, i would just be careful [either here or there] if you are using these numbers and not a HRM and you eat your excercise cals, to maybe not eat ALL of them??? just to be safe? lol i don't know i'd rather err on the low side then the high one :smile:

  • Thanks, I did check out the site, I just dont continue my exercise for a whole hour, I do mine in 30 minute intervals. Still it helped me figure.:happy:

    Thanks for the other websites. I'm taking a peek right now! I've never used a HRM but maybe I'll look into it. I've just gone by this website, MFP and whatever the machines say. How much do these typically cost? Maybe I'll look into getting one! Thanks for all the replies!
