So according to my fitness pal... I lose about 600-800 calories every time I do a work out.... My doctor has told me the rule of not eating under 1200 calaries, because it will put your body in starvation mode... Slowing weight loss...
So if you eat 1200 calories then lose a bunch of calories exercising does that mean you have to eat more?
Sorry if this question was already asked... I was trying to find it in,other posts

Yes
I eat around 1600 calories a day. I do cardio and strength and burn around 350-400 calories, which (when subtracted from the calories ive eaten) leaves me with 1200 ish.
The way I prefer to do it is, set my goal at 1200 calories...and if I want to eat more than that a day, which i normally do, then i'll exercise..and eat the exercised calories back.
If I havent eaten much that day, and get to 1200 cals, and dont want to eat anything else..i dont workout.0 -
Thank you! I always wondered...0
