                    Why do we get such low calories for exercise done?.  On the ipad they get a lot more so I have been told. tolly2

            I have the iphone app and the calories given for exercise are ridiculously high, not realistic at all. So it is better that it is lower.0
- 
            Not that you were asking, but a heart rate monitor is a much better way to have an idea of what you burned. The site's estimates were very inconsistent in my experience.
 I've had mine for a year now (a Polar FT4) and it has been a huge help.0
