Found something in the shower today

I'm taking a shower this morning and much to my surprise, I found this itty bitty, teeny tiny, little (get your minds out of the gutter) CALF MUSCLE!!!
Did you know you can have muscles down there? I've never seen it before, at least not on my body.
I think I might like this running thing after all. :-D

    That's awesome, it's a great feeling isn't it!? A few weeks ago I found my triceps muscle, I was so excited I was showing it off to everybody.

    Congrats! I got the same feeling of excitement recently when I was in the shower and discovered I had TOES.

    I've been walking a lot lately myself, and have not only gained calf muscle but gotten rid of the swelling around the ankles. Keep up the good work!

    Ha! Love it! The rediscovery of my calves last summer was amazing. I was scared to shave my legs because I thought I would cut them!
