Hmmmm, im torn about whether to cut or bulk at the end of April. Head says cut for summer, heart says bulk for STRENGTH
WJMont is right, go slow and your bodyfat % should not go up much if at all. 2-4 pounds a month (closer to 2).0 -
You can count me in on your quest. Let's just say my avatar is not a completely realistic representation of my current physique. But trying. Started 5X5 Stronglifts and realistically looking to add about 5 pounds to start, hopefully mostly muscle (currently 6"2, 168lbs).0
