Hi i am a newbie to this lifestyle and working out. I hate balancing my check book let alone trying to count calories or anything else. i kinda just like to live free from that kinda stress. However I decided it was time and here i am and surprisingly its not as hard as i thought it would be. Plus I am still unable to workout the way I would like but I am getting there and loving it. I never felt as good as I do now. anyone wanna add me, be my friend and help each other feel free :flowerforyou:

    if you have a smartphone and have the app- its sooo much easier- just scan what you eat! Simple! Addicting! LOL Welcome and good luck! feel free to add me!
