Does anyone know of any good salt substitutes??

    I like other spices, but they do make a salt substitute that uses potassium chloride to replace some of the salt. Less sodium, more potassium. It's a double-win.

    well if your looking for something that taste like salt

    no~salt (thats the brand name)
    it doesn't have the sodium but you get the flavor

    or try mrs dash - different flavors

    i meant from an actual lemon.. not the packaged kind.

    I'll go out on a limb and say that tig was probably commenting on the fact that the only place you CAN get lemon juice is from a lemon (even the packaged kind originally came from a lemon).

    mrs dash is amazing. i cook all my meat with no butter or seasoning (food places will also do this for you if you ask nicely) and sprinkle mrs dash on top. there are different flavors like one is for chicken. ones original. ones spicy etc. hope this helps

    well i'm the type of person that doesnt trust pre-packaged things, thats why i said from an actual lemon. dont be jerks. thanks.
