 Hi ladies!!
 Hope no one else started this thread, i couldn't find it!! So I lost 2.4 this week!!! YAYYYYYYYY!!!!!! I haven't had a loss that big since i started MFP. A lot will be because it was TOM the week before, but with as much as I ate this weekend (my birthday was Sunday and I didn't even think about calories) I really didn't think I would lose!! especially this much, but i played a lot of golf and moved all my stuff back to MO so those were good workouts. so happy right now!!
 Sorry i've been missing for a few days, with finishing the internship and seeing family and moving back I haven't had time to be online too much.

 Called and found a counselor last night. Emailing her today to set up an appointment. I need to get my head on straight. Stress nightmares and terrible moods all resulting from this huge indecision I have in my life. Determined to work it out.... like I have a choice.

 i gained.....i know why so i say no biggie, when it is a biggie to me. it was poooorrrrr choices. and again i beat myself up. i know i shouldn't and just move on. but, that seems to be my problem lately, trouble moving on. i need to get my mind in order. i did go to the gym and had a great workout. really liking the incline workouts on the treadmill than running. will be looking into that more.
 need to get some other things done around here.

 Hey ladies.... Its been a while since I checked in. I THOUGHT I was being pretty consistent w/ my eating and fitness. I am UP five pounds. I did just get back from a trip to Charleston, SC w/ my friends from dental school and I was and still am on my period. I was careful of my food selections (well some of them :laugh: ) and I even went to the workout room 2 times (it was only a 4 day trip) and I walked all around downtown charleston. I PRAY that's it. ANYWAY.... I'm not going to dwell on it. I had a great trip and I am looking forward to the reunion in two weeks. I must tell you something positive.... I was on the BEACH in charleston and I didn't think about how I looked in my bathing suit. I was comfortable. YAY!!! Now that is progress. Thanks for listening.

            Hi all ... how's your day going? Mine? Well ... so far so good ... breakfast ... well, I usually have my cereal or oatmeal but my stomach was icky this morning for some reason so just coffee and water ... ate a bit later in the morning when things settled ... crackers & cheese & veggies & hummas ... lunch was a blue menu whole wheat pasta and veggies & a source dessert selections yogurt. Around 3ish this afternoon I'll have either a banana or a necterine ... and then supper will most likely be fish or chicken and veggies. Then I'll have another snack (skinny cow Ice Cream, or a 100 calorie vita muffin, or something like that ) with my herbal tea in the evening. Water I have all day long ... especially on a day like today ... hot and sticky humid ... yuck. Well ... my lunch hour is pretty much coming to an end so I'll head back to work now.  For Breakfast...a HUGE bowl of Oh's cereal with skim milk.
 AM Snack...2 cinnabon bars (150 calories each).
 Lunch...On the Border...chips with salsa and a Beef Chimichanga.
 Man...my menu has sure changed from what it used to be! BUT...this is not a typical day. Just can't wait to get back to "dieting".

This group was the only way I was able to stay motivated before, so I am back for good now :flowerforyou: Thanks for asking about the pup... as you can see from my pics he is getting SOOO big... a real sweet, goofy guy The apt. stuff never worked out, so he lives with my BF (2 hours away The apt. stuff never worked out, so he lives with my BF (2 hours away ) but on a positive note, the BF and I have invested in a home of our own... so by October 9th we will all be together again!!! :bigsmile: The place needs a ton of work, but we are ready for the challenge... (I hope)... so I really want to get fit, drop the extra weight and be ready when my boys move down here (my BF runs a minimum of 4 miles with the pup every day :happy: and I will be joining them :laugh: ) Glad to be back!  So, I didn't want to step on the scale this morning. My eating this weekend wasn't too horrible (other than the 2 coney dogs for lunch on Saturday), but I hadn't exercised since Friday. I did see a half pound loss this week though, so I'm pretty happy about that! Not as happy as I'd be if it was a full pound, or even two pounds, but a loss is a loss 
 So... Brandon passed his driving segment 1 test. Tomorrow, I'm taking him to the DMV to get his permit and driving log. He's got to drive for 60 hours or 6 months or something and then take segment 2. We were thinking that maybe we'd let him drive some going downstate next week (our vacation starts in only a week:noway: ), but he's just not that good yet. He's not comfortable with driving 55 (we do 45 on the highway most of the time) and he misses road signs quite a bit still, so we'll keep him local for a while.

 Yesterday I stepped on the scale and I was 139.8...which boggled my mind considering I hadn't worked out in 2 weeks and my eating has sucked. I was 140.4 again today though so. boo. But going to the gym tonight =D Hooray!0

            Robin, I think local roads are best for a while. Highway driving, imo, causes boredom and 'highway daze' (staring blankly ahead). Best to have him learn driving on backroads where he is more 'engaged', especially if he isn't comfortable with it yet.

            Morning Sixers! :flowerforyou: Today is a big day.... DAY 1 of me getting back on track... the fact that I only gained 5 lbs during my hiatus is amazing considering I ate SOOOO poorly... I mean we are talking fast food for lunch every day :noway: YUCK. It makes me sick to think about it... :sick: but that's okay, I am on the right track now... having a yummy honey-greek yogurt for breakfast... :flowerforyou: Have a GREAT day ladies!!!!!0
