Hello Everyone,

I have only been on here a few weeks and am super pumped to have this site for support. For the last few months I have just stayed the same, not going up, but not going down either. It seems like as soon as I do well I sabotage myself with some delicious meal out or treat. I seem to have lost my willpower to avoid the foods I know I need to avoid to get to where I want to be.

I am 26 and going through a move right now for work. My life is in a mini upheaval. I need to get through this and get back to the weight I know I can be at. I lost almost 30 lbs last year and put all but 5 lbs back on.

Help and encouragement (and sometimes just a swift kick in the pants) are very welcome from this girl! Please add me if you want, I need all the help I can get kicking this mental part of my food problems.

I've been on here about four or five weeks and have lost roughly about 10 pounds. What I really like about MFP is the way folks support one another by noting accomplishments and offering encouragement. This is a good place to be!

This site is so awesome for support, I just love it! Losing weight can be so tough. I'd love some more friends checking out my meals and helping to keep me accountable too! I know I tightened up my nutrition bigtime once I knew someone was reading what I put down. I fell off track for a week and a half but I'm back now. That's what matters...that you keep coming back. : )
