My Commitment

I don't post on message boards normally but I am posting on here to try and help myself to commit to getting off my backside and losing some weight. I think you could call me a serial dieter and I have had enough. Where have I heard that before?! Anyway, I'm going to try extra hard and put in the time and effort to get to the weight that I want to be.
I am 5ft 4 and weigh 164lbs and I suppose I would ideally like to be 126lbs - (that suddenly seems like a lot)
Anyway, here I go again! This time for good, fully commited and motivated. Wish me luck and good luck to everyone else trying to get in shape!

    Add me if you want. We are the same age, I am on here a ton, and I am all about making a lifestyle change not a diet. :flowerforyou:

    So I have just been out for a run, well I say run, what I mean is a jog/walk (more walking than jogging) for 55 mins. Whilst that may not be impressive to some people, its the first time I've done some excercise in ages so I am very pleased! Now just to keep it up
