Hey all....I'm Kristi, Just started yesterday and getting used to the site. I am working on losing 15 eLBees! What a struggle! 1200 Calories only a day is definitely not easy! Anyone have any tips? Besides not drinking wine every night because I am so Glum about having to lose weight! LOL!

Drink lots of water, log your food, stay within your calories, and exercise!!

I find when I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables I am not hungry throughout the day which cuts down the cravings of being hungry when you are trying to get used to a specific calorie limit. Plus you can have a lot of them with very few calories adding up. Plus I drink a ton of water about 6 bottles of water a day. So that in itself makes you not want to eat. Try drinking 8 oz of cold water if you start to feel hungry if you are still hungry after that then have a snack. Also many suggest brushing your teeth if you are hungry between meals. Good luck! I just started over the weekend and it's been okay, not too hard but not exactly easy working and exercising on 1200 calories!

Thanks everyone for the support! It's been a tough week. Apparently, though, a good week because I weighed in and lost 3 lbs. :happy: It is really hard to stay within 1200 Calories. I noticed though, I've drank 64 oz of water every day this week! AND NO POP!!!! I don't even want it. I wonder how long that will last?:ohwell:0
