New Challenge :)

Hi I'm new here but I would like to make a challenge for everybody. It is for water drinking :drinker: and exercise. The goal here is for at least 96 oz of water (12 cups of water), 200 pushups, and 30 minutes of moderate bicycling per day. Also, your net calorie intake must be at least 50 less than your goal :) I will start this challenge tomorrow. So get drinking! :drinker:

    Does this challenge have an end date? Maybe a day when a new challenge will take place?

    How about we start tomorrow and end on September 9th. That is three weeks

    I've always wanted to know... what does drinking so much water do for your body? Does it clean it out some?
