      I jumpstarted my weight with Zumba then thank God he gave me the wind to run!!! I loveeeeeeee side planks, squats, and ab workouts!

      I started at the same time, 24lbs later I hear comments
      "hey skinny..."
      "Where is the rest of you..."
      This time it is different with all the work out I am toning up and I can feel the difference more then see it, but I am with me every day...
      That's how the weight got higher and higher...

      Let me tell you this:

      I don't have a secret just cardio and strength training...I'm not into any of these programs that people are promoting or anything. If you want it bad you will work HARD for it!
