finding it hard to keep motivated :( any ideas?

hey everyone. i started using this site a few months ago and managed to lose 8lbs because i was keeping track of my calorie intake. over the past couple of weeks ive started to lose motivation and keep snacking because i feel hungry all the time so ive stayed the same weight rather than lost any. any ideas on how i could keep motivated? i really do want to lose weight but lately ive just had no self control and finding it really hard :(

    if you make your diary public ... suggestions can be made as to why you might always be hungry and keep snacking

    For me? I take the tough love approach with myself. I repeatedly remind myself why I'm doing it.

    I hate being overweight
    I want to improve my health and fitness
    Being obese is not attractive

    Sometimes it just takes a stern talking to and i'm fine and ready to go again :) I keep a picture of me on the fridge of me at my fattest, so everytime i go to the fridge i see it there. Certianly makes me think twice about reaching for the chocolate, coke, biscuits etc!!

    I agree that making your diary public would help people get an idea of how things are going for you and where they might be able to help you.

    If you are hungry all the time you may not be eating enough calories. How many are you eating a day
    also buy something like a nice pair of jeans (even if from a thrift store ) and hang them where you see them all the time and make it a motivator for you
