i went to my uncles house to help him move thinking i would be burning a butt load of calories. but what do i end up doing? taking care of my uncle's 5 month old son while everyone else does the work. we helped him for about 5 hours getting me back home around 6:30, 7. i didn't have time to workout because i had to go to walmart and take a shower (i smelt like baby spit up nd i kept smelling it).
so my question is....will the lack of working out today hurt me?

Nope.
If you walked around Walmart for any length of time- that's technically a workout.0 -
and i quote: "nope"
whether or not you work out, you still have a deficit. you technically don't HAVE to work out but its part of a healthy life style.0 -
nope, skipping one day doesn't hurt at all. In fact, it's better to let your body rest sometimes...it's possible to over work it.0

Missing a day is actually good for you; it gives the body a chance to rest ; muscles grow when you are resting. What you may notice is that when you work out next time is that you have so much more energy.
I was confused when the same thing happened to me and one of the trainers explained to me that you can't work out super hard without taking a day off here and there . . . it will be good for you in the long run. Let your body heal and then go back and work out just as hard as you were before you took your break.
All the best.0
