Need more friends with motavation!

OK need some help here, I want more friends that will help me stay focused on the big picture. I have started back to the gym last month and I have started to loose but I'm disappointed in myself with this mornings weigh in. I know its a slow and steady ride but Ugh!

Don't be disappointed with your weigh in just because the scale doesn't give you a number you like does not mean that you have not been trying your best. I stick with this when I weigh myself and I haven't lost what I thought I should have if I have been feeling good about what I have been trying to accomplish then why let some numbers discourage me stay positive and keep yourself on track. Its easy to be let down by numbers on a scale but don't let yourself down keep up the work and dedication and it will pay off. We don't gain weight over night although it seems like it so don't expect it to be easy to lose! Keep your head up and move forward0

remember that muscle weighs more than fat...when you work out you will build muscle. I, myself had a hard time with this in the beginning. Yes, i do sill weigh myself, but what keeps me going is how my clothes fit me, the looser the better!!0
