easter dinner?

im looking for some help on easter dinner. normally we have quite a big spread with ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, veggies soaked in butter, and all kinds of desserts... not this year!!! any suggestions on how to slim down the menu but still a yummy home cooked meal? we still want to indulge but in a healthier way :flowerforyou:

Ham isn't really all that bad, though can be kind of high in sodium. Just cut most of the butter and all of the gravy.0

Ham isn't that bad as long as you watch your servings.
There are tons of recipes online for healthier mashed potatoes. You simply reduce the amount of butter, cream, ect and add in other things (garlic or herbs) to boost the flavor.
Make your vegetables with less butter.
And then work dessert into your calories or do something with fresh fruit.
I am having Lamb Loin Chops, Twice Baked Potato, Sauteed Spinach, and Carrot Cake Cupcakes.0
