Have you tried the Weight Watchers string cheese yet? I eat one of those with 1 cup of grapes or other serving of fruit.

I dont know how I'd cope without rice cakes. For when I really crave crisps they're salty and crunchy but half the cals!

Also fruit and chopped veggies (carrot/cherry toms/cucumber) and light chocolate mousse pots for that chocolate fix.

    All under 100cals :-)

This is random, but I eat 4 oz of Jenny-O Low Sodium Deli Turkey (from the meat counter, not pre-packaged) for my morning snack. It gets me through without setting me off on a snacking binge.

In the PM, I eat a zone perfect bar and/or a honey crisp apple and some almonds for a snack.

Good luck finding something you like, but remember that it doesn't have to "look" like snack food!

I am a very picky eater compared to most people. For example, I will eat a salad, but I don't like the sound of lettuce, so I won't put it on a sandwich. lol

I like tomatos...they are like no calories or anything. I eat cherry ones with feta or laughing cow cheese. They are so versatile. Also, for dinner, I slice a regular tomato in half put either pesto or salt and pepper on them and pop them in the broiler and eat as a veggie. I have also discovered, accidentally, Phinea and Ferb pretzels made by Utz. They are only 50 calories a little pack. Sometimes I dip them in hummus. Fruits and veggies are a great, low cal snack. Hummus is low cal, and they make so many different kinds now. I have a Tex Mex flavor now, and I love it!!

    Lots of luck!!!

Apple slices dipped in yoghurt(I like activia strawberry yoghurts for this one).
Oats, I've been having them for lunch but you could easily have it for a quick, filling snack.
Cucumber or carrots with a mild salsa, I used to love this one, ate it everyday for a year lol.
Fruit salads, I love pineapple and strawberries, one good thing about summer lol.
