All I can suggest is to enter it in MFP (cardio - calisthenics maybe?) to ge an estimate based on time or get a heart rate monitor and wear it during your workout.

Calories expended is a function of time spent, intensity and physiological factors - there's no way anyone could take a realistic stab in the dark.
  • Maybe invest in a HRM?

Everyone can do the same workout and burn a diffierent amount of calories. Age, weight, male/female all play a part. In addition to the previous post, some people might do the exercises at a different pace, again making it hard to even estimate how many calories you are burning.

Somewhere between 1 and 500 I would say.

    Buy a HRM.

I don't have a HRM nor the money to buy one right now, so I understand the frustration in trying to log stuff like this! I would try it as "calisthenics" in MFP right now, because at least that takes your age/weight into consideration and put in how long it takes you from start to finish without stopping. don't count on it being 100% accurate as it can't tell how hard you're pushing, but at least it's a start, right?
