My 67lb Loss :-)

I started in September 2011 after turning 40. Did it for myself and my family. Now I'm fitter and healthier than any time since I was 17!

Before and after picture included.

Lots of cycling, running, and I always did play badminton, so more of that. And not eating rubbishy snacks.

And a good dollop of MFP. Thanks guys :-)

Now I'm in a normal BMI (if that matters) and in 34" trousers. Super :-))

    Congratulations on your wonderful success. Most of all for doing this for you and your family! I have a lot to lose but I love this website as it has tremendously helped me be successful for almost a month. That's important because now I feel like I can keep going with all the support. I think excess weight has a profound effect on us and everyone around us.

    Lol, don't know about the celebrity thing. Lots have said I look younger though, thanks.

    Many years ago, some people thought I looked like UK comedy actor Rowan Atkinson.
