Cottage Cheese. I use it to make fruit parfiats, less sugar than yogurt and more protein.

If you are OK with processed:

2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1 cup cow milk, whatever level fat (I don't think soy or almond will set right)
1 small box of Sugar Free Instant Pudding (i like cheesecake)

Blend together in food processor, makes a great fruit dip, and is great with just a spoon! You won't even notice the cottage cheese because it gets blended smooth!

Nuts are awful for protein. BRB consuming 822 calories just for 30g of protein. P.S. Peanuts are NOT nuts.

    Best protein snacks:
    - Low-fat Cheese or stringed cheese
    - Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or Astro zer0% yogurt
    - Tuna or sardines
    - Protein bars (homemade or Quest bars)
    - Whey shake
    - PB2 - This stuff is awesome but it's kind of expensive.
    - Smoked salmon
    - Milk
Jerky (be careful of sodium and extra crap in some)
    eggs (hard boiled or scrambled)
nut butters (peanut, almond etc) on high protein bread
greek yogurt (though I can't stand it personally)
    regular yogurt
kashi go lean cereal (13 grams in a serving!!!)

    Sodium means **** all.

My favourites are cheese strings (120 cal, 12g prot for 2), turkey pepperoni (similar to cheese), 2 hardboiled eggs (180cal, 18g prot for Xtra Large), 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese (can't remember the specs), 1 snack cup of greek yogurt, or one of those tuna or salmon snack kits with the crackers (usually around 150-180 cal and 20ish g protein, if I remember right).

2 scoops of whey protein, 1 tablespoon of Naturally More peanut butter, 12 oz of whole milk, 1 packet of oatmeal (original) and half a banana.

Mix it up with the magic bullet and BAM!! approx 76G of protein off of one shake and over 700Calories

I use hard boiled egg whites(toss the yolk) and fill with tuna salad, I use Greek yogurt in place of mayo in the tuna.

It sounded totally disgusting to me at first, but here's what I do when I need more protein with not a lot of extra carbs or fat:
Egg Beaters 100% liquid egg whites (they are pasteurized, so they are OK to use raw) in a 1:1 ratio with Silk chocolate soy milk.

The Egg Beaters are NOT thick and goopy like regular egg whites, they are a similar texture to water and have no strong taste. It's basically like drinking chocolate skim milk once the two are mixed. Hope this helps if it doesn't sound too gross to you.
