Suggestions for burning calories at the office

We recently did a short seminar on increasing energy and burning more calories at the office. There were some great suggestions but I'm always looking for more. For those of you with a desk job, what do you do to get moving around the office?
One of things we learned was that standing v. sitting can burn up to an additional 50 calories per hour. I try to stand whenever I'm not doing something that requires I stare at the computer screen.
I've also been taking advantage of the fantastic weather. Today we went across to the park for lunch and played frisbee. I missed more than I caught but it was fun!

At my previous job I had my own office so I could sneak in some squats, etc. Now I'm in an open plan area so I would get some weird looks if I started doing that! As for suggestions I can't think of any new ones, just the basic - walk over and see someone rather than send an email, take the stairs instead of the lift...0
