Lookin' Good!I still have about 45 pounds left I'd like to lose, so this isn't the final product. I'm 5'7'' by the way.

Thank you all so much! It's taken me 15 months to lose this weight, but there were definitely some lazy months that I didn't lose anything. In the beginning I was eating a vegan diet. I did that for 7 months along with walking for exercise, but I started having health issues and read more about it and saw that vegan wasn't right for me. I just pay attention to what I eat and if something's not working, I adjust it. I don't eat back exercise calories because it doesn't work for me, but I also don't starve myself at all. I started running in November, and I've kept with it and now I'm starting the NROLFW. Not much of a secret. Just a lot of hard work alone with literal blood, sweat, and tears.0
