Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake Shakeology

1 Pack/Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 Cup Almond Milk (35 calories)
1-2 SF/FF Cheesecake dry instant pudding mix (depending on desired sweetness)
½ Cup Plan Greek Yogurt
¾ Blueberries
Ice & Water for desired thinkness

Add all to blender, mix & enjoy!:drinker:

    I personally stay away from mixes and the like. I prefer to use an isolated whey protein powder for the protein aspect rather than things like body by vi or shakeology as a lot of them have carbs, and cornstarch and the like. (Not saying yours does, it's just my mantra ^.^)

    Start off by a cup of skim milk or almond milk depending on what I have on hand.
    1 tbsp of almond butter (You can substitute peanut butter if you have it on hand, almond butter is much healthier though.)
    1 frozen banana
    3/4-1 cup of frozen mangos (140-185g)
    1 35g scoop of isoflex chocolate whey protein.
    Add ice and cocoa for texture and tase!

    This has been my go to shake for a long time, I generally have one a day during a dieting phase. You can make your own mixes with frozen strawberries, and mangos and and the like and really amp up the flavor to your liking.

    EDIT: Also if you want a really REALLY healthy delicious shake this one is my post work out shake on the days I life. It's honestly awesome! Give it a try. ^.^
