In the exercise section do you add what you would do in work?? Or is that included in when you say how active your job is when you sign up?? Just wondering whether to add work or just exercise and work outs?? I walk a lot at work so it makes a big difference do my calorie count so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I asked the same question when I started here (over 2 months ago or so) and a personal trainer answered the following:
Enter the average work day in your profile, if you are sedentary most of the time like a desk job but occasionally run errands then enter sedentary, if you are active regularly like sales floor but occasionally they have you running items from the back to the sales floor then enter active... and so on... and on the day you do more than your regular day at work then enter in your exercise diary the minutes/hours you spent doing the more vigorous activity.
Hope it helps0
