Themed Run... need help with costume

A friend and I are doing the Urban Dare. It's like a Trivia/Run/Amazing Race event. We are a duo and our team name is "The Out of Towners" since we aren't from the city we are competing it.

We have an option of a team costume... HELP! It doesn't have to be team name related, but it'd be better if it is!

    You guys should dress up like a maricahi band.
    Or people dancing in carnival?
    Or people dancing in New Orleans. Like the feathery masks and stuff.
    Maybe you could wear a mask for like a masqurade.
    Or you could go as bat girl and cat woman. or robin. They are from Gotham.
    hmmm maybe you could dress up like tour guides for the outback.

    Its hard to match a costume to your team name. Try to find a place not from america where people wear different clothes. like indian attire.

    Cheesy Tourists on vacation. Kneehigh socks, shorts, Hawaiian print shirt, big old sunglasses. Camera around your neck, if it's not too cumbersome to run with.

    If it's a big city, find out if it has any popular sports teams. Now go buy a jersey for their biggest rival.

    I was going to suggest city's sport team rival or cheesy tourist as well! Good luck on your race!
