Saturday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: The 100 workout

• 100 jumping jacks
• 90 crunches
• 80 squats
• 70 leg lifts
• 60 jumping jacks
• 50 crunches
• 40 squats
• 30 leg lifts
• 20 jumping jacks
• 10 minute jog/run


My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics. Also, you can modify them if you need to for medical reasons but the basic form must stay the same. In other words if we are doing a leg challenge you can't do that exercise for some reason try to make sure your alternate exercise works the legs in some way.

    I got mine done....I did one one more of each. I also did my run on the elliptical. Did 22 mins.

    Done it, but due to shortness of time, I didn't do the 10 min run.
    Today was my rest day but I still did it.
