photo editing to make before/after photos?

I cannot find any online photo editing to make a before/after pic and I don't really know how to use photoshop well enough. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Use paint after resizing it with photobucket.

    like photoshop but free and browser based. it's not as hard as it seems to be, if you need help you can ask me (i work with photoshop all day by trade)

    Add the photos you want to use in Photobucket, then click the edit button to create a collage.
