what do you eat to get thru this time.......had afternoon snack, getting ready to start dinner.....

    diet pop. I know it's evil, but it helps get through the worst time of the eating day.

    greek yogurt with blueberries.
  • Have a large glass of water and cut up a few extra vegtables to snack on while you make dinner... If you are like most of us, you might not eat enough vegtables. You can eat a lot of cucumber, green pepper and brocolli chunks without many calories and think of how GOOD for you they are!!

    We usually cut up a cucumber and bell pepper to snack on until dinner is ready.
