Hello all,

I'm not sure if any of you use slim fast as a substitute for a meal. I do tend to use Slim Fast for breakfast during the week, because it's fast, convenient, and portable. I recently bought more and it's been changed a bit to a higher protein, lower carb drink--which I don't mind, but it tastes different! Anyone else notice a different taste?

    I do the same, usually a breakfast meal replacement. Fast and easy. Hadn't really noticed a difference recently though.

    When i am bulking I drink it with every meal. That is kind of the opposite of what you want.

    I used to use it but for the last 1.5 years or so I've been drinking Costco's Kirkland brand of meal replacement shakes, and I definitely consider it the best tasting one I've tried (out of Slim Fast, and 4-5 different store brands). It also comes in cases of 24 which minimizes the trip to the store, so if the taste of the new formula is throwing you off, consider picking up a case.
