I always said I would not do a "before and almost after" thread. I would wait until I met my goal. I always wondered why people came so far, why could they not just wait a few more pounds? Now that I am here, I can't help myself!! (for reference, I am 5'7" tall, my goal was to lose 100 pounds. I may adjust that when I get there.)

This is my husband and I, at my top weight. 252 lbs., July 20, 2011.

    The 100 lb goal seems a little arbitrary anyway! How you feel is what really counts! You look great... what a difference! Good luck with the last 12 lbs, and congrats on your progress so far!

    Did your eating effect your hubby any? It almost looks like he has dropped a few as well.
