Yesterday I reached a goal, not sure its my final goal**, but big enough that I'm broadcasting my achievement :-).
After coming back from holiday last July I decided to seriously go for it (always been moderately active, gym once a week to do 30mins+ of cardio). I guess I was camera shy, so don't have too many photo's of before.
From August 2010
My start Picture July 2011 - what prompted me to start (that's an XXL T-shirt (though its a small XXL so more XL) and 40" jeans)
February 2012 in size M T-shirt and 36" jeans that look baggy on me)
end of March 2012
The (**) above is when I started losing I lost quite quickly so decided losing 100lb would give me a BMI of 24.9. Quite a few people say I need to stop now, but I'm probably going to concentrate more on getting trim and firming up, which probably will result in some more weight loss, but if I'm eating sufficient and exercising I doubt I can go too far?
This is a chart of my weight loss which only have minor blips of a holiday in November and over/after Christmas.
