25 year old man loses 100 lbs. Before&After.

Today I have finally hit THE milestone in my weight loss journey. I have lost 100 total lbs. I imagined I'd give some sort of inspirational speech, but to be honest... I'm speechless.

    @lindac1955 When I started losing weight, I lost 40 lbs in about 4 months and like an idiot, I decided one day I'd had enough of dieting. So I ate whatever I wanted to again for about the next 7 months. I started dieting again in October when I noticed I had started gaining again. Since October I have went from 283 to 215 today. So all in all it took me about 10 months of dieting and exercise total.
