Lesson 1) Don't be discouraged if the scale stalls. Look for your other truimphs, like doing steps without losing your breath, how your close are fitting, how you feel.
Lesson 2) Life is an adventure, live it. If you do something you know you shouldn't (taco bell, a soda, and ice cream on the way home), forgive yourself. Go for a walk that evening, and remember to get right back on track the next day.
I'm 32, but started at 228 and have an end goal of 125. I'm down to 199 and happy to not be going back (better than 1/4 of the way there!). You and anybody else are welcome to add me.0
