So I'm turning 21 in exactly a week! :drinker: \(^.^)/
While I'm really excited to go out with my friends, I don't really want to fall off the diet completely. Soooo, anyone have low calorie drink ideas? Or suggestions that might not be low cal?

if you use mixed, try to use diet soda and alternate with a glass of water0

White rum & diet cola is very low iin calories and zero carbs. And the low calorie beers are popular.0 -
Hard alcohol mixes great with a diet soda - diet crush, diet root beer, diet colas...lots of flavor (to cover up the icky alc!) but not the cals.
Avoid ANY mixed drinks. They are soooo bad for you. Well, you can always splurge on your birthday0 -
Gin and tonic! A nice gin like Bombay. With a twist of lime or lemon. I could go for one right now....0
-
Skinny Girl Cocktails ... under 100 cal per 100ml serve! Just google it
Edit to add: Happy Birthday0 -
Vodka & Club Soda with extra lime. Happy Birthday!0

Avoid margaritas, daiquiris, or any other elaborate, fruity, blended drink--big in cals.0

Thanks, all!!0

Rum and Coke Zero (or Diet Coke).
To my understanding, it has the least calories of all the mixed drinks. Could be wrong though.0 -
soda water (not tonic!) + gin
or diet soda + drink of choice (rum + diet coke is good)
stay away from margaritas/ anything with a syrup (basically anything with a cool color!)
enjoy... make good choices... lol0 -
Skinny Margaritas!! 100 cals and so very yummy.0

oh or if you're at home/not at a bar, a jello shot made with sugar free jello is pretty low-cal too!0

I'll second this ^^ ....but try soda water instead, not quite as good but tonic has a ton of sugar in it!0
