I love good beer! However, it doesn't fit into my routine unless I have extra calories or maybe here and there I'll have one/two. At the moment, I'm a big fan of Rogue Dead Guy Ale! However, Delirium Tremens, Three Philosophers, Stella Artois and I'm sure there are others are equally amazing. :)

I like TONS of different beers like you guys named... Dead guy, stella, corona, guiness, I like them all. But I'm off every other weekend and when I'm off I drink a ton. Not exactly good for the weight-loss.

Stuff the light beer  Pure Blonde is low carb and full strength! 107 calories in a 355ml bottle or Hahn Super Dry is the same stats both at 4.6% alcohol

La Fin Du Monde! Though I'll drink anything from Unibroue. I'm also a massive fan of Terrapin and Monday Night Brewing. Gotta love local beer.

And I love Strongbow. Cider, not beer, but it's dryer and completely drinkable. It's the only cider I really like

I'll probably stick to the Yuengling light... 99 calories. Not sure about the carbs tho!

**Actually I looked it up... is 9 carbs/beer a lot?

What's your favorite beer? Mine's Yuengling Light... not available in many states, really.

Close, Give me regular Yuengling Lager any day, I will be happy to drink half as much and enjoy it all.

The low carb beers I mentioned before (Pure Blonde and Hahn Super Dry) are 3.2g of carbs each

I'm not sure if they're available where I'm at... at least not on every corner store! I think I've tried pure blonde once.

Big Sky's Moose Drool or Summer Honey Ale, depending on the season.

Red Hook's Copper Hook any damn day of the week.

Stella makes me happy but I *LOVE* Dragons Milk (New Holland Brewery, MI).

However, I usually drink Miller Lite because of the calories... and the amount I drink.

Maybe you should change your relationship with alcohol. You don't have to be hammered all the time. It's ok to just have 1 or 2 with your friends.

Young's Double Chocolate Stout. Probably one of the best chocolate beers I have ever had. It's not a "pound them till I get drunk" type beer, but just a good "have one with diiner/desert" type beer.

If I am out drinking, then it's Smithwicks for me.

Oh yeah, Young's Double Chocolate Stout is DELICIOUS!!!

Also read someone who posted Delirium tremens which also makes my mouth water. Yum! I love this Thread!! There is a bar I go to called Flying Saucer which has over 200 amazing beers and great food. Use to go weekly and now had to put it down to monthly with my new diet.

    My top 3.
    1)Young's Double Chocolate Stout
    2) Hobgoblin
    3) Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy

Most porters and stouts work too.

Big favourite is Samuel Smith's Nut Brown Ale but I can't get it in these parts.
