Delicious and sin free...

Freeze 100g grapes (that's quite a lot) = only 64 kcal
Then dip into Chocolate Philadelphia 15g (also a lot, I had some left over)= 45kcal

Total= 109 kcal

Really filling, yummy and you don't have to feel guilty... ENJOY :D

    Chocolate Philadelphia sounds delicious, but I've never seen it on my side of the world (New Zealand). Can someone tell me what they make it with, I'm thinking extra light Philly with cocoa powder and Icing sugar - or would stevia work to sweeten, wondering why they actually use?

    Okay, I'm new to this sight so I must be slow....can somebody please tell me what chocolate Philly is? I'm assuming Philly cream cheese and if so, is this something to purchase or something to make prior to adding to grapes?

    Sangali...they're selling it next to the regular philly at the store now...new product. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds very seductive, doesn't it?

    That sounds good...I think it would also be equally good with frozen strawberry slices.

    Though we don't have it in Australia either...I might have to find a way to make my own dupe of it and try that.
