I can not sleep since i start 1200 cal diet

I don't hungry or anything what i need to change ? i'm exercise and eat plenty of fruit and vegetable and it satisfy but why i can not sleep

It might just be a coincidence that your having trouble sleeping sinse you started a 1200 cal diet. Give it a few more days and if your still having trouble go see your doctor.0

Try increasing your cals to about 1400 and see what happens. If you're exercising a lot, you may be over training.0

Trying upping your cals! I was an awful sleeper but since I've upped my cals I am sleeping fantastic x0

This. You may just be anxious about starting a new "diet" plan and your mind is racing more than usual. I wouldn't freak out about it.0 -
I would say it's not the low calories but the exercise that your body is adjusting to. (although make sure your calories are high enough) On my days that I have a super tough workout I often have trouble sleeping! My legs get restless...but I have had to force myself to make sure I am drinking plenty of water, stretching and perhaps workout in the morning so your body gets a chance to move in the day!!!
