    Beautiful! job well done! I have a question for you...in your weight loss journey, do you eat back your calories burned so that your goal weight will equal your net weight? Whatever you are doing is successful!



    Thanks! I don't eat back my exercise calories. I have tried that and it doesn't work for me. I eat around 1300 calories. But if I go over a bit on occasion, I don't stress about it because I have that cushion.I only have 10 lbs. to my goal, then I will go to maintenance mode. I'll increase my calories and adjust my workouts.
