I bake mine in a hot oven (450) for about 12-15 min. Spray pan, Spread a layer of dijon mustard with slivered almonds. Delish!0

I actually love to eat salmon for breakfast. I simply grill 4 oz on the George Foreman grill with lime juice and Monterey Steak seasoning. While that is cooking I toast a light (100 calorie) whole grain English muffin, thinly slice 1/4 of and avocado and poach 2 eggs.
Then layer them. Muffin, avocado slices, 1/2 the salmon filet, poached egg, salt and pepper. Repeat with the second half of the muffin.
It's 378 calories. 16 grams fat, 9 grams fiber, 36 grams protein. To subtract about 110 calories you could do this on 1 piece of Nature's own double fiber bread with 1 poached egg instead.0 -
This may seem high in cal, but it really is not. Take a salmon steak (100g) and brush on a mix of half sunflower seed oil, half honey (just enough to brush it on, not for the salmon to swim in it. lol). Put in on a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper. 10-15min at 350degrees and voilà !
It's really tasty and super fast. It also tastes good hot or cold, so I always make at least 2 and the other one I use for a lunch.0 -

stick the salmon with a fork all over, and then marinate 30 minutes in Lawry's sesame ginger marinade.
preheat broiler and then broil about 8 minutes (depending on thickness of your fillet) on each side.
i made this last week and it came out FANTASTIC! i served it with sides of brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes

place it in a pyrex baking dish, pour 4 tbsp. of Yoshida's Teriyaki marinade in the bottom of the dish. Bake salmon @400 for the first 18 minutes. Take it out of the oven, pour sweet chili sauce on top (Frank's makes it, I use Mae Ploy). Turn the broiler on high and place it back in the oven for 5 minutes.

I have two:
1. Place in tin foil, squeeze lemon juice over it, sprinkle garlic and fresh black pepper then bake until flaky.
2. Place in foil, squeeze fresh lime juice and just the lightest layer of honey. That tastes great then mixed in with a stir fry.0
