Hey everyone! My name is Steph.I am 21. I found this site about 5 days ago and it seems to help a lot already... I love recording my food consumption thats going to help for sure! ..I'm 5'10 and was 196 last month. I managed to lose about 10 pounds and then found this site so i'm 184.6 today which is a good start I guess. My goal is 140 however I can't even imagine this with my height but the BMI says I can be 130 minimum and still be in the heathly zone . I was 160 last year and felt i could lose a little more so I guess we will see when I get there.. I'm ticked that I gained almost 40 pounds ..luckily my height hides a lot of it. I def lost motivation but I have that back within myself for right now.. I'm just afraid that I will slip off that path again. So anyone who wants to friend me can just help me by telling me good things and bad and i will do that same for you. I love to run and my knee has been bothering me just when I run and I think its because of the fast weight gain and it hurts so bad I can't go more then a minute without sharp pains I think with losing this weight I will be able to run once more painfree!

Hi Steph! My name is Jen. I just started about a week ago myself. I want to loose about 15 lbs. I managed to gain weight after I got outta the military and have been yoyoing it ever since. It's irritating cause now the majority of my jeans don't fit me anymore. I'm looking forward to being proud of my body again. Good luck on your adventure to Greatness and keep your head up!0
