I am looking for some lower calorie sites. I have been to a couple and the meals are "Low-Calorie" and 600-700 calories. I do not consider that low calorie. Any help is appreciated.

My hands down favourite is Skinnytaste.com. She's a Weight Watchers fan but provides a nutritional breakdown on everything for us non-WW people. Everything I've made from that site has been super tasty, and it's all normal ingredients, not the crazy processed artificial stuff.

Also, if you can get your hands on the Looneyspoons cookbook (or just google their recipes, a ton are online) I haven't made anything from that book that wasn't PHENOMENAL.

  • Love, love, love skinnytaste.com...and if you have a smartphone I highly recommend getting ziplist app...you sync your recipes to it and it gives you an awesome list of what you need at the grocery store.

http://www.dashingdish.com/, although she mainly does sweets like muffins and desserts, there are some lunch/dinner recipes on there as well.
