Survey time: I'm plateauing again
I only manage 6 - 7 glasses a day, how many do you drink and has it accelerated your weight lost?

I half my body weight in pounds and drink at LEAST half that in ounces. Makes my workouts better now that I'm hydrated.0

125 lbs ----> at least 63 ounces water a day0
