So Me and a big group have been working on 30 Day Shred. We have all completed Level 1... or are pretty close to completing it. I thought I would start a thread to give our results from Level 1... 10 days...
Starting:
SW: 146.2
Measurements:
R Arm: 12"
L Arm: 12"
Bust: 35.5"
Belly button: 32"
1 inch below belly button: 38"
hips: 43.5"
R. Thigh: 25"
L. Thigh: 24.5"
After Level 1 - 10 days:
CW: 142.2
Measurements:
R Arm: 11"
L Arm: 11"
Bust: 35"
Belly button: 30.5"
1in below belly button: 37"
hips: 41.75"
R thigh: 24.50"
L thigh: 24"
So there they are. Lost at least an inch on everything measured. So excited! I hope the rest of my group will post their results!

Glad to know it takes inches off.. I might have to invest in the Shred soon, and get over my HATE for exercise lol0 -
I used to hate exercise too. Always avoided it as much as possible. But now that I am seeing this work.. I wouldnt trade it for anything. I love the way I am starting to be. So much more energy... and just feel and look healthier. I say do it! Youll love it.. just dont look at Jillian Michael's nostrils.... they are HUGE! lol0

I bought the 30DS, Ripped in 30, 6 week 6 pack & Killer Buns & Thighs. I haven't started yet but your post has inspired me to do so! My boyfriend asked last night when I was going to start and I said soon. I'm just not motivated to exercise but need to be with as much weight I have gained in the last year. Came out of no where! Well not really, but you know what I mean! LOL I want to be able to wear a bikini to the beach this summer, I want to be healthy for our children! It's time to start! Your results are awesome, great job! ;-)0
