Headaches?

Am I the only one that gets really bad headaches every day? I do have some stress, but not enough to cause a migraine.. Most of the time they are just lingering headaches that never really develop into a full migraine, but they are bad enough to hurt. I drink 2.4 liters of water and maybe 20 mg of caffeine per day.. I eat around 1200 calories per day, and I exercise on a regular basis. I'm going to see a doctor as to why I'm getting them for certain, but wanted to see if anyone else on a healthy diet/exercise regimen was getting them as well, and if it could be related? I know it seems weird, but they started right around the same time as I started dieting again.

  • I get them almost everyday as well, do you do a lot of work at a computer? I think that could be a source... Let me know what you find out.

  • I get pretty bad headaches when I don't eat or drink enough....without seeing your diary I don't know what your food/water habits are like, but maybe it is as simple as eating more or drinking more....

Are you doing low-carb? Headaches frequently can be caused by cutting out sugar and refined carbs--in other words, the headaches are a withdrawal symptom. If that's the case for you, they should stop eventually.
