BodyMedia Fit Link - now it's not linking

I just received mine yesterday. I got it set up with my Bluetooth on my iPhone just fine. Well today, after sycning with my computer it won't reconnect with my phone.
When I hooked it up to my computer it said there was a Firmware update. I clicked on it to do the update and it stops at bar 7 on the status bar and won't go any further.
Any suggestions?

    Nevermind, got it to work. When all else fails, wiggle the cord, ROTFL!
    So far I love the BodyMedia Fit Link :)

    Hey
    I can't decide between link or core... I have iPhone 4 with the most recent update and a Mac with snow leopard updated to most recent update. You've had a chance to use it for some time and I wanted to find out if you've had any issues with syncing. What's your overall experience? Would you recommend the link or the core?
