    After reading about that bar, it doesn't look too healthy to me. Way too much fat content even though it is the monounsaturated. It does have a good amount of protein. Sugar, well, 22mg of sugars comes to over 5 teaspoons of sugar which looks to come from the honey and what ever they use to hold it together, flour etc. That a lot of sugar for the bod for one food and a processed one at that. I'd really feel better about finding another meal replacement, under 200 calories, and taking a multi-vitamin.:smile:
