Favorite Salad Dressing?

I have always eaten a lot of salads but now I am paying really close attention to what I put on them. Embarrassed to admit that I was shocked when I realized how many calories are in my favorite dressing!
I am looking for suggestions on some good low cal dressing. Please let me know your favorite!
Thanks!

Although I haven't done this yet...people are telling me to take fat free sour cream and mix in powdered "hidden valley ranch" to substitute for ranch dressing as this is my fav. ~Too bad something so healthy like a salad has to get all messed up with cals & sodium from dressing :grumble: Would love to hear more subs for this too!0

Trader Joes low fat Ranch0

Honey Mustard is AWESOME and it only contains 50 calories or less depending on the brand.0
-
Litehouse Thai Peanut (it actually doesn't contain any peanuts and is found in the salad section). Their Greek is good too0

I'm switching between Kraft calorie wise sun-dried tomato and oregano (35Cal, 3 fat) and mandarin orange with sesame (45Cal, 3 fat).0

My favorite used to be Ceaser dressing..... until I found out what was in it thanks to MFP. Now my favorite is Kens light options Honey Dijon. I use on anything from a Tbsp for dipping or wraps to a smear for sandwiches! I put that ish on everything lol
Love Trader Joe's, gotta try that!0 -
Balsamic vinaigrette or just balsamic vinegar on its own. I picked up a lovely peach cinnamon white balsamic that goes great on spinach salads. Not a big fan of creamy dressings, but the sour cream / greek yogurt + powdered mix sounds like an interesting idea for those who are fans!0

My favorite has, and always will be olive oil, red wine vinegar and salt. Simple, but I adore vinegar, the more the better! (takes a swig from the bottle)0

I love olive oil and red wine vinegar.. mmmm0

I love love love love love Panera Bread's Raspberry Vinegrette for salads. Only two tablespoons is 20 calories, and that's all you'll need because if you put too much of it on then you can really taste the vinegar. Only a little of that salad dressing goes a long way, and its so good0

I used to love putting Ranch on everything. But I have found that Raspberry Vinigrete is a very good and healty dressing to put on a salad. I'm also looking for some other healthy options as well.0

I really like the Cilantro dressing from Trader Joes. If I remember correctly it is 30 or 35 calories per serving and the flavor is really strong so I find that I use less than other dressings.
It looks like this : http://www.traderjoes.com/fearless-flyer/article.asp?article_id=30 and is found by the produce.0 -
Trader Joes Sesame Dressing is fantastic!!0

I love olive oil and all sort of vinegars, but when I am in the mood for ranch, I have been mixing a tbs of ranch with a tbs of lemon juice. This cuts the calories and fat. I do not like fat free ranch. Tonight I had a balsamic ranch (half ranch/half balsamic vinegar) which was pretty good. I think it would be fantastic on chicken.0

I think Ken's olive oil and vinegar is delish! 50 cals and 4 grams of fat0

My favorite is "Virginia Brand Sweet Vidalia Onion Vinegarette Salad Dressing". It is totally delicious and 110 calories per serving (2 tablespoons). I love it! It makes me eat salads and I do not like salads in the least!!!0

Paul Newman's light balsamic, delish! Also makes a great marinade for chicken.0

I love the old cape cod dressings - especially the fat free balsamic vinagrette (25 cals in 30 grams/2 TBSP's)0

Litehouse Thai Peanut (it actually doesn't contain any peanuts and is found in the salad section). Their Greek is good too

I usually put either lemon juice or this on my salads:
balsamic vinegar, evoo (sometimes I don't bother addng the oil), mustard seeds, a squirt of mustard....and I don't even like mustard...or vinegar. Goes great on apple+spinach+roasted pine nuts+goat cheese salads.0
